How do I choose the right size for my dog?
All collars are made to order, so sales are final - be sure to measure carefully! Use a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your dog’s head or neck (whichever is larger) for a comfortable fit. Check our Size Guide for detailed instructions.

Are these collars adjustable?
No, our beaded collars are not adjustable, so it’s important to measure correctly before ordering.

Are Bark Beads collars safe for everyday wear?
Yes! Our collars are designed to be durable, using strong aircraft cable wire and secure crimping. However, we recommend supervised wear to ensure your dog’s safety. While our collars are made to last, no collar is completely indestructible, so always check for signs of wear and tear.

Can my dog swim with their Bark Beads collar?
Our collars are water-resistant, but prolonged exposure to water (especially saltwater or chlorine) may affect their longevity. If your pup loves to swim, we recommend removing the collar beforehand.

Can I attach a leash to a Bark Beads collar?
No, our beaded collars are not designed for leash attachment. For safety, always use a secure walking collar or harness when attaching a leash.

What are the collars made of?
We use 20mm acrylic beads, 10mm stainless steel beads, strong aircraft cable, welded stainless steel o-rings, and double-crimped steel sleeves for added security.

How do I clean my dog's collar?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the collar.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within two days after payment. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
